So, Alex says to me as the tortellini is cooking, “make me a rum drink.” After our requisite “poof, you’re a rum drink” exchange, I came up with this little gem. It is best served among pirates after a long day of revelry.
PIRATES OF ST. LOUIS
- 1 part amber rum
- ½ part triple sec
- ½ part back strap rum
- Splash mango rum
- Splash fresh lime juice
- Equal parts sour mix, orange juice and pineapple juice to fill
Shake, pour, drizzle with grenadine.
